We ask you to provide us with 24 hour’s notice of cancellation. However, we recognize that not all of life’s unexpected events come with advance notice. As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you are unable to make your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to rebook it for you. Our employees depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to arrive for your scheduled time. We reserve the option to administer a cancellation fee of 50% to repeated last minute cancellations.
1st time no show- No worries it on us, we all get busy and forget.
2nd time no show- 50% due. We hate you missed your appointment.... as a favor, we will only charge you half.
3rd time now show- 100% due. We miss you! But our stylists have been waiting.
In addition, Cellar Door reserves the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. Fees will be added to your bill.

Cellar Door carries the most advanced product lines available. However, if you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange, or store credit within 14 days of purchase date.
- Products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase as required by Cellar Door in order for any exchanges and/or store credit to be given.
- For return on brushes, flat irons, blow dryers or any appliances sale is final please note each tool comes with factory warranty upon purchase.
Cellar Door is a team enviroment, and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. We want to ensure when you walked out our door happy- it will stay that way. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service that you were provided, or just simply need a quick fix, we would like to have an oppurtunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.
- Guests are encouraged to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend another stylist for them for the redo.
- When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 2 weeks of the original appointment date to honor the complimentary service.
- Please note that the redo guarantee does not apply if the guest decides to completely change the original look given from their last visit 2 weeks ago.
